11am: Scrambled tofu on a tortilla shell
11:30am: It was cold so decided to drink some peppermint tea while I worked.
1:20pm: Snacked on some veggies with Just Ranch. If you haven’t tried it, it’s really good and tastes just like ranch dressing but without dairy.
3:30pm: Oatmeal cookie that I made from a box. I substituted applesauce for the eggs and oil instead of butter. Be care because sometimes the boxed desserts have milk fat in them.
4:50pm: Some chili with plain noodles.
7:30pm: Apple pie that happens to be vegan. I love accidentally vegan food. The cherry pie from this company is also vegan but the pumpkin had dairy in it.
