One of my cousins shared this on her facebook page. Seriously. Carbs do not make you fat. At all. At least good carbs doesn’t. Cakes, Cupcakes (bad carbs) have more than just carbs in them they have eggs, dairy and butter. Good carbs are fruits, veggies,whole grain pasta, potatoes, rice. Those do not make you fat.
If they did than I would weigh way more than 107lbs. Today I had an orange for breakfast, brown rice with black beans and chips for lunch, and a sweet potato, green beans and pasta for dinner. So basically carbs, carbs and more carbs.
