My Take on Unhealthy Foods

Writing this post while eating a medium sized bag of bite sized twizzlers, vegan and awesome. Also there is 4.5 grams of protein in the bag. How I have no idea. So there is something healthy in it. But I did stop myself from buying pop and decided on Naked Juice instead. So I have some self control. Lol. But I need to break a 20 so I’ll probably go to a cafe before class and get a hot chocolate, with almond milk and no whipped cream.

90% of the time I’m eating whole plant foods. But sometimes it’s nice to eat something relatively unhealthy, or extremely unhealthy. Usually a few weeks at the end of each month. If you know what I mean.

My take is this. As long as you’re not eating candy and pop every day, or multiple times a day. It’s not necessary “bad” for you. I’m vegan for ethical reasons so all the candy and sweets that I eat are obviously vegan. So eat your candy, cupcakes, or pop but keep it in moderation and vegan.

  3. Swedish Fish
  4. Skittles
  5. Twizzlers
  6. Airheads
  7. Dots
  8. Dum Dums
  9. Fruit by the Foot
  10. Jolly Rancher Hard Candies
  11. Some Lay’s Potato Chips (Salt and Vinegar, Original, BBQ to name a few)
  12. Smarties (only in the U.S.)
  13. Original Sun Chips
