What I Eat in a Day: Busy Monday Edition

Breakfast:

Van’s Gluten Free Waffles

Lunch/Snack:

Went to Subway and got a veggie delight on Italian. Thank you PETA for letting me know what bread is vegan. And salt and vinegar chips and simply apple juice.

Dinner:

Brown rice and an apple.
