The awkward moment when your breakfast has 17.5g of protein but people still say you are low on protein.
1/2 cup of oats=5g, 1/2 cup soy milk=4g, 1 tablespoon peanut butter=4.5g, 1 tablespoon of super seed blend=4g. Total=17.5g. I might have added more than 1 tablespoon of the seed blend but I’m not sure so I added the lower amount.
Brilliant comeback! I might just start pulling this post out whenever people ask me if I’m worried about my protein levels. “Read and learn” haha!
