I’ve been vegan for 9 months, so for a while. I’ve been starting to eat more processed foods lately. I’ve started to break out, something I haven’t had any problems with for the past 6-7 months. So I am trying a two week almost exclusively whole foods diet, starting Friday. I thought of starting after Halloween but I highly doubt that people will have vegan candy and stuff at their parties. So I’m starting tomorrow. I have a bunch of bagels so that would be my only non-whole food that I eat. But I don’t eat it everyday and I typically only eat a half of a bagel every other day or so.
So here it goes. No more sugar, candy, pop, pasta, ect. until November 13th. So I think I will have pasta for dinner tonight. Since this is the last day for the next two weeks. Hopefully it helps to clear up my skin, among other things.
