Breakfast: 2 oranges. Not long after the fire alarm went off in my apartment complex so I got my exercise for the day walking up and down 5 flights of stairs.
Lunch: 1/2 Zucchini, Brocoli, and portobello mushrooms.
Then off to my class from 12:30 to 2pm. One thing I really like about school is getting to read authors and books that I wouldn’t necessary read or know about. Like Sigmund Freud and The Epic of Gilgamesh. When I got to class a friend was selling pizza for a business project. It was the endless struggle of ‘I want to help out’ but ‘why does it have to be pizza?’
Snack: Around 2pm I got back from class and cut up a banana with cinnamon on it. Amazing combo that I’ve never tried before. Finally got around to watching Bite Sized Vegan’s newest videos.
Dinner: Went to women’s group at school and ate way too many grapes and strawberries (not pictured). Then I made some orange tofu. Basically orange chicken without the chicken. And much better. Then cut up an apple with cinnamon.
Snack: A few of these vegan cookies as a snack.
