Vegan Pizza Bagels

I’ve been craving pizza for the longest time. So decided to make some last night. Unfortunately, or fortunately, Smart & Final don’t carry pre-made pizza crusts so I had to settle on english muffins. Which worked out well because I am able to have pizza multiple nights this week.

I took the english muffin (whole grain of course) added tomato sauce, and then added either a tomato slice and/or mushrooms. I topped it off with GoVeggie dairy free graded parmesan cheese. Make sure that it is the vegan version they also have a lactose free version but it has casein in it. I cooked it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Yum!

  1. I’m glad you didn’t get tricked by go veggie lol. The first cheese I got from them was vegan so I assumed they all were. I was eating a non vegan one for like 2 or 3 months! I was so mad when I found out. I’m still a little bitter because I am using Daiya lol.
