I put what I ate today in on Cron-O-Meter and got 51.3g of protein for today. Which is way more than the recommended 46g per day. It also calculates out what food have what protein and almost half of my protein for today came from brown rice. So 48g of my protein came from rice. So if I ate 1 and 1/2 cup of dry uncooked rice (not sure how much that would equal to once it is cooked) I would have gotten more than the recommended amount of protein for the day.
To me that’s the coolest thing ever. Who says vegans can’t get protein?
