Vegan Food Porn (What I Ate in a Day)

Picture 1: 1 green apple and 1 other apple (Breakfast)

Picture 2: Salad with kale, 1/2 tomato, zucchini, strawberries and 1/2 lime juice. (Lunch)

Picture 3: 2 oranges (Lunch)

Picture 4: Whole wheat bread (lightly toasted) with kale, a slice of tomato, and hummus. (3pm)

Picture 5: 1 orange (I ate while dinner was cooking)

Picture 6: 2 red potatoes there was way more than that. (dinner)

Picture 7: Smoothie with 1/3 frozen banana, a few frozen strawberries, 1 orange and water.

Vegan food porn. The best kind. Death and suffering free, and healthy.

So I put what I ate into CRON-O-Meter. Which I don’t do that often, but decided to do anyways. My fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K and Vitamin A was way above 100 percent. I got most of my energy from carbs (oranges, apples, red potatoes, bread, ect.) And next to no fats.
