Do you ever feel that some days it’s harder to stick with a whole foods planted based (vegan) diet then others? Most days it is super easy to stick with it and I have absolutely no temptations, but today there is candy on the counter that has been calling my name for the longest time, and for some reason I want cheese. But sticking with it and finding other things to eat usually works quite well. Except for now, I had a lot of blueberries today (an entire container) but I still want something else. Maybe I will try popcorn and not burn it this time.
