Breakfast- 100% Whole Weat English Muffin with Smucker’s Natural Grape Fruit Spread (no high fructose corn syrup and non-gmo). And one apple.
Lunch: 1 apple. Black beans and corn with hot sauce and lemon juice. Bag of Sun Chips. Went to a meeting about a possible job opportunity at school and the guy orignially was going to bring pizza but ended up bring Subway instead. However, none of the Subway sandwitches had no meat or cheese on them (shocker) so I settle with Sun Chips with the lunch I brought from home.
Snack: 1 apple. Came home from taking a final (which I got a 100 percent on, if I do say so myself) and before walking to the grocery store I cut up an apple and ate it.
Dinner: I had the orange juice that I bought at school and had part of it with lunch. I made vegan chocolate chip cookies from the cookie dough I was eating last night as I was frantically studying for the final I got a 100 percent on (it worked.) While making dinner I had two cookies and then had two cookies with dinner (I need help.) For my actual dinner I cooked some whole grain spaghetti and broccoli. Because I hate tomato based pasta sauce I used Italian Dressing as my sauce.
Not sure if I’m going to eat more before bed since it is only 7pm.
