Is It Just Me Or…

When that time of month came up I used to crave salty, highly processed foods but now I crave kale and mangos. Is it just me or after becoming whole foods plant based your cravings dramatically change?

  1. My ‘cravings’ seem to happen when I’m hungry, so I start with a big helping of greens (and something else, fruit, legume, etc.); the initial craving usually goes away. If it doesn’t, I eat less of it than I might have. It’s a brain thing, I think.
