Do I count carbs? No because instead of counting carbs I listen to my body. Your body is pretty good at telling you things. Like what it likes/doesn’t like. I found that almond milk is something that my body doesn’t like, but I can eat almonds easily (weird). So I stuck with soy milk. Dairy products makes me sick (physically) so I stopped eating those. Personally I don’t like the taste of bananas (the only fruit I won’t eat), that has nothing to do with my body itself but my taste buds. Same with alcohol, don’t like the taste.
I eat until I’m full and then stop. If I get hungry later in the day I eat again, until I am full. It is a lot easier than to chart how much carbs that I get.
