Naked Fruit Juice Vs. Pop

I am obsessed with Naked Fruit Juice.  It is a little expensive but tastes amazing and is 100 percent vegan.  The one I had today was Berry Blast.  Berry Blast has 5 blackberries, 4 raspberries, 4 strawberries, 3 1/2 apples and 1/2 of a banana.  (For someone who hates bananas, you don’t taste them at all.)  It has no added sugar, no preservatives, non-GMO, gluten free and vegan.  For an 16 fl oz bottle it has 250 calories, no calories from fat, no fat, no cholesterol, 10mg of sodium, 340mg of potassium, 29g carbs, 25g of sugar, 1g of protein, 4% calcium and 4% iron.  The ingredients are: apple juice, banana puree, strawberry puree, blackberry puree, raspberry puree, and natural flavors.

Vs. the standard can of pop.  I used root beer, because I used to drink it all of the time.  200 calories, 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 30mg sodium, 52g of carbs, 52g sugar, 0 protein, and 0 calcium, and iron.  It also has no fruit, no potassium.

So even though it has more calories, Naked Juice is overall the better choice over pop.  (Btw I’m from the midwest so I say pop not soda. I moved to california and they have no idea what I’m talking about.)
