Debunking the Myth that All Vegans Eat is Salad

Personally I actively avoid green leafy vegetables.  Unless the only vegan thing on the menu is a salad, I normally won’t eat it. Not sure why.  I’m totally into healthy eating, but I’m into healthy eating that doesn’t require me to eat salads. I know some vegans who love salads, I’m just not one of them.  My main food consumption comes from pasta, potatoes, zucchini, rice, beans, fruit (not bananas, I can’t stand them) and certain other vegetables. I’m also a picky eater so I normally stick with those.

  1. Oh my gosh! Green leaves are what I’m all about. Mostly, because they’re easy to grow, easy to pick, and easier to eat (no cooking, or just a big of sauteeing). But seriously, they taste REALLY good (my brain tells me).
