Used My Fitness Pal’s food diary for the day. I got 47g of protien for the day, it says I need 80 something but you really don’t need that much protein. My sodium is higher than it normally is because of the tofu, which I don’t eat that often for that exact reason. I got 1,143 calories, for the day but it is only 6pm, I might have a snack before bed which will raise that number a bit. 27g of fat, 207 carbs, and 86 sugar. But fruit has sugar in it, which might be the reason it is a little high.
Not a huge fan of the numbers it says that you need, but it is a good way for me to make sure that I get enough calories, something I have a little problem meeting the minimum limit.
