I normally don’t eat carbs. My usual day consists of mainly fruits and vegetables. And a more raw diet. But today I was craving spaghetti with Italian dressing. So I went to the store and got some. Ate it for lunch with a fruit salad. (So I got that going for me,)
Now for dinner I have sweet potatoes in the oven and made a soy grilled cheese.
So I’ve eaten way more carbs today than I usually do in a week. 🙂 Which is fine since I worked out today. But it’s been a very carb filled day.
