Processed Foods

I used to be able to eat processed foods all the time.  Pretty much that was all that I ate.  But now a few weeks ago I tried to eat some tater tots and they were disgusting. Greasy and tasted not like I thought they used to taste.  This was after I ate no processed foods for a little over a week.

Now I’ve cut it entirely out of my diet.  Well almost, I had a veggie burger from Burger King last week.  But that is the extent of “processed foods”.  I’m also not eating junk out of the vending machine at school.  I got peanuts instead of my usual skittles, chips, ect.  And I feel great.  All natural and nothing that is just microwaved.
