Vegan Chili

I made some chili over the weekend so I have leftovers this week.  Because I didn’t have certain ingredients I improvised.

1 can of chili beans

1 can of rinced black beans

Several cups (but didn’t measure) Vegetable Broth

1 tomato diced

1/2 zucchini

a bit of Hot Sauce

1 can tomato Paste

I put it in the crockpot from 1pm to 5:30pm.  Went to set and when I got back it was done.  And I have enough for dinner for the rest of the week.
