If done right, there are many health benefits of becoming vegetarian or vegan. You can be vegetarian/vegan while still eating junk food and drinking pop.

This is some of the many benefits. The more I research the more I realize that I made the right choice to switch. Even if you don’t completely become vegan or vegetarian, having non-meat meals helps with health as well.
