My process in becoming more vegan is similar to my process of becoming vegetarian. I’m starting with eating dairy products in one meal a day. And not the main meal but a side. Today it was cottage cheese. I had a sandwitch with avacado, spinach, and mustard. (Yes I have weird food tastes.)
After a few weeks it will become every other day. And then to every three days and finally to once a week. I am planning on keeping it once a week for several months until cutting it all out.
The reason I am not doing the same with eggs is because I rarely eat eggs. Only every once in a while and it is the liquid egg whites without cholesterol.
